The Blauer Bio 99 Suit passes the viral penetration barrier requirements under the NFPA 1999 standard. Validated against viral penetration barrier performance requirements of the NFPA 1999 standard after 10 laundering and drying cycles

The company meticulously designed the BIO-99 coverall to integrate with essential gear like N95 masks and examination gloves. This COVID 19 protective suit offers superior durability and comprehensive barrier protection. It exceeds the standards set by disposable PPE options.

- Durable and breathable GORE CROSSTECH fabric and rugged seam construction withstands prolonged wear and physically demanding field activities
- Commercially washable between uses
- Available with adjustable sleeve cuffs or with attached GORE CROSSTECH glove and utility over glove
- Berry Compliant. Produced in Blauer’s ISO 9001 certified factory
- Features a front-entry coverall design with detachable hood, enabling efficient self donning and doffing (minimal risk of cross-contamination)
- Incorporates full-cut patterns with adjustable sleeve cuffs and hood
- Shelf life of 20 years
Blauer BIO-99 Suit Size Chart
Fabric specification: 3.5 oz/yd2. GORE® CROSSTECH® fabric constructed with a semi-permeable membrane laminated between a 100% nylon warp outer fabric and a 0.7 oz man made filament non-woven inner facing resulting in a protective waterproof material with high moisture vapor transmission, blood-borne pathogen resistance, and common chemical and biological resistance.
Optional glove material and type of attachment: GORE® CROSSTECH® fabric glove permanently stitched and seam sealed to suit and used in conjunction with included Maxi-Flex Endurance over glove as the required work glove.
The BIO-99 garment series is certified to the NFPA 1999 Standard for Protective Clothing and Ensembles for Emergency Medical Operations and is not an FDA-regulated medical device.
