The R225 boasts an extended battery life of over 30 hours, with a hot-swappable backup feature for continuous field operation during extended missions. This latest addition to the identiFINDER product line builds upon the success of its predecessor, the R200, and incorporates valuable insights from customer feedback.
Designed for use by emergency responders, the identiFINDER R225 alerts wearers to subtle changes in background radiation levels, enabling the detection of radioactive materials. It serves both as a safety measure and as a tool for intercepting the illicit transport of such materials. The R225 not only provides early warnings but also identifies specific radionuclides present, empowering responders with critical information.
