Constructed from a special polymer material, this comfortable boot complies with the chemical permeation requirements for protective footwear outlined in NFPA 1990, Standard for Protective Ensembles for Hazardous Materials and CBRN Operations. Additionally, the HazProof boot has undergone testing according to Military Standard 282, ensuring protection against specific chemical warfare blister and nerve agents.

  • Equipped with a closed cell EVA midsole for sustained all-day cushioned comfort
  • Boasts a sure grip cleated outsole with exceptional abrasion and slip resistance
  • Prominent bright orange color enhances visibility in various environments
  • Hazardous materials boots – size 13 oversized foot bed design accommodates foot sizes up to 16
  • Incorporates a replaceable stretch fastener closure, allowing easy on and off even while wearing gloves
  • Engineered with a larger foot area to comfortably accommodate the extra bulk of an encapsulated suit
  • Successfully achieves a passing result for ASTM F1671 resistance to viral penetration
  • Meets ASTM F2413 M/I/C EH standards for Steel Toe Impact and Compression, and Electric Hazard Protection. The boot is designed to withstand 18,000 volts at 60 HZ for 1 minute with no current flow or leakage current exceeding 1.0 milliamperes under dry conditions, as tested in accordance with lab conditions outlined in Test Method F2413
