Return Policy
All returns must be authorized. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please contact us before initiating a return to receive an Authorization number. Items returned to us must be sent freight pre-paid. Defective new equipment may be returned for warranty repair/exchange to us within 10 days of the shipment receipt date. After 10 days, returns will be handled by direct contact and in accordance with the warranty terms of the item’s manufacturer. Items that have malfunctioned due to mishandling, electrical overload, etc., may be subject to a repair charge. Non-Defective new equipment will be authorized for return within 10 days of the shipment receipt date if the equipment is still in new, re-sellable condition with the original manuals, accessories, packing material, and carton. We reserve the right to reject returns in which there Is no original packaging, missing accessories, damage or visible signs of usage of the item. The manufacturer may require a restocking fee on a case by case basis. Special orders are nonrefundable.
Refunds
Credit will be issued only to the credit card originally used to purchase the item. The customer will be responsible for cost of shipping the product back to us. Products cannot be refunded after 30 days of purchase. Restocking Fee’s may be applied.

We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover credit cards, this includes Government IMPAC cards.
Shipping
Orders will be processed within 24 hours after they are placed. Products in stock will be shipped to meet the delivery timeframes selected at checkout. Products that are out of stock or stocked by manufacturers with have a 3 – 30 day lead time on shipping. As we work with many different companies, brands and suppliers it is not alway possible to meet all shipping date expectations.
