  • The X-plore 8000 helmet with visor can be paired with five different face seals, allowing for flexible adaptation to a variety of working conditions. Users can choose between Zytec® and Tychem® materials — available in short (Zytec® only), medium, or long designs. Each configuration corresponds to a specific respiratory protection class (see technical data for details).
  • This configuration involves wearing an additional protective hood over the headgear. The hood can be combined with either a helmet or a bump cap (both without a visor), ensuring that your valuable head protection remains free from contamination. Made from durable Tychem® material, the hood provides exceptional chemical resistance. For even greater protection, the Tychem® 4000 version with taped seams offers a superior barrier against hazardous substances — ideal for use in highly contaminated or chemically demanding environments.
