Description
The FLIR identiFINDER R225 Spectroscopic Personal Radiation Detector is equipped with a single 18mm cubic CsI detector utilizing SiPM (G/GN) technology, offering outstanding sensitivity and identification capabilities. Additionally, users have the choice of opting for an LaBr(Ce) spectroscopic detector (LG/LGN) with a resolution of ≤3.5%. The FLIR PRD R225 ensures compliance with ANSI N42.48 SPRD and meets the MSLTD 810g Salt/Fog standards.
The R225 incorporates key features based on feedback from its predecessor, the identiFINDER R200. Notable enhancements include the ability to operate in multiple languages. The screen has been upgraded to improve brightness and color visibility, making it easily readable in sunlight and through polarized sunglasses. The holster has been redesigned for quick access to the device, ensuring the screen remains fully visible while holstered. With a battery life of over thirty hours and hot-swappable backups, coupled with built-in Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS functionalities, the device facilitates remote data viewing.
