Full Face Gas Masks
Full-face respirators feature respiratory and eye protection at the same time. Draeger’s X-plore full-face masks are available as single-filter or twin-filter respirators. Addtionally, first responders can combine them with the broad X-plore filter range as well as with Drager’s X-plore PAPR or airline portfolio. Hazmat responders use them for handling hazardous chemicals. For firefighting applications, we have the Draeger FPS full face respirators in our portfolio. Hazmat responders can combine these with Draeger’s extensive SCBA and CCBA product series, and also with Draeger’s communication systems.

Half Face Gas Masks
Half gas masks in combination with respirator filters offer reliable respiratory protection from harmful particles and/or gases and vapors. Draeger’s portfolio consists of single-filter and twin-filter half masks that hazmat responders can use with the X-plore breathing filters. Hazmat responders can also combine the X-plore half face respirators with protective eyewear. Typical applications for half masks are handling of hazardous chemicals.
Multi Gas Detectors
With our multi gas detectors you can measure up to 7 hazardous substances at once – toxic and flammable gases, as well as vapours and oxygen. The portable multi gas monitors are mainly intended for personal air monitoring but can also be used for clearance measurement (with special accessories) and even for area monitoring.

Single Gas Monitors
For monitoring only one hazardous gas, single gas monitors are the right solution. Hazmat responders can easily carry the single gas monitors on their working clothes. Depending on the frequency of operations, responders can choose between disposable and reusable single gas monitor devices. A disposable detector measures standard gases which can also be detected by the reusable CO detector, H2S detector, SO2 detector, or O2 detector. Monitoring special or reactive gases is also possible, e.g. with an O3 detector. Furthermore, we offer you single gas detectors with hydrogen-compensated CO sensor or even a dual sensor measuring two gases at once.

Single Use Masks
The Draeger designed the X-plore disposable mask series for single use and protects you from harmful particles. We offer two different types of dust respirators: the pre-formed X-plore 1300 series and the folded X-plore 1700 disposable dust mask series. Both disposable dust respirators (FFP masks) are available in the three EN protection classes FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3 and optionally offer a special exhalation valve for less breathing resistance.

Dräger Tubes are glass vials filled with a chemical reagent that reacts to a specific chemical or family of chemicals. Hazmat responders draw a calibrated 100 ml sample of air through the tube with the Dräger Accuro bellows pump. If the targeted chemical(s) is present the reagent in the tube changes color and the length of the color change typically indicates the measured concentration.
