The Magnetic Surface Thermometer has an easy to read 2 1/2″ dial with a glass lens that will not yellow over time.

SEL 13.3.28 RADIANT HEAT SURFACE Temperature Reading: Direct contact (i.e. magnetic, spring clip, etc.), with approximate range +350o to +750o F. (spring operated thermometers)

The REOTEMP S1-F73 Magnetic Analog Surface Thermometer for use by first responders on boilers, process lines, motors or similar high temperature applications where a magnetically attached thermometer is needed. The maximum temperature is 750F with an accuracy of ±3% full scale. The REO Temp magnetic thermometer is similar to the PTC magnetic thermometer.
