The Virginia Association of Hazardous Materials Response Specialists serves as the unified voice for members of hazardous materials response teams across the Commonwealth of Virginia. The association facilitates the exchange of information on a state-wide level, establishes connections with national organizations, and collaboratively develops a comprehensive inventory of resources. Emphasizing resource sharing, the association aims to promote standardization in techniques, equipment training, and teams.
The overarching goal of the Virginia Hazmat Training Conference 2024 is to foster unity among individuals involved in hazardous materials response, promoting mutual benefit and offering support to hazardous materials response teams.
