MEL 9.1.3 ENCAPSULATING SPREADABLE POWDER – GENERAL PURPOSE(AND SUITABLE FOR PESTICIDES): Must be NON-CLAY BASED. Granular, spreadable, and pourable; Acceptable for POLAR and NON-POLAR based solvents including pesticides.
