This product meets the requirements for the California Standardized Equipment List
SEL 9.3.10 PATCH AND REPAIR, PIPE, LIQUIDS, Standard, Kit: Consists of (at a minimum) externally applied single bolt or dual bolt (preferable) steel pipe clamps, with rubber sheeting lining; Ten or more different pipe sizes ranging from 1/2” dia. pipe to at least 4” dia. pipe; with extra 1/8” neoprene material.
