MEL 9.1.2 NEUTRALIZATION – For concentrated alkali spills, up to 5 gallons; Should be neutral salt producing and non-polluting; Powdered Citric Acid recommended.

An amount sufficient to neutralize 5-gallon spill for Type 1 and Type 2 teams.
