Cross Sensitivity

The Draeger Epichlorhydrine Detector Tube indicates other chlorinated hydrocarbons as well but with different sensitivities. It is not possible to measure epichlorohydrine in the presence of free halogens and hydrogen halides in the TLV range. Petroleum hydrocarbons cause low readings.
