Cross Sensitivity

The Draeger cyclohexane detector tube also indicates many petrol hydrocarbons, however, all with different sensitivities. Differentiation is not possible. The tube only indicates aromatic hydrocarbons with very low sensitivity. The tube indicates carbon monoxide with slightly lower sensitivity than cyclohexane.
